Text Message Program (SMS)
How our text-message program works — who we text, what we send, and how you opt in and out.
Last updated July 9, 2026.
What this program is
Metal Roofing of America sends transactional, customer-care text messages (SMS) only to homeowners who request a metal-roof quote or free on-site estimate from us and choose to opt in. These are first-party messages about your own request — we do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.
How you opt in
When you request a quote or estimate on our quote, contact, or booking forms, an SMS consent checkbox appears — unchecked by default — directly above the submit button. Checking that box and submitting the form is how you opt in. Only people who check the box receive texts; your phone number is still required so we can call or email you regardless. The exact consent language and a timestamp are stored with your submission.
The SMS consent checkbox as it appears on our live contact form:

Captured from our live contact form — the same checkbox appears on our quote and booking forms.
Exact consent language
The checkbox reads, verbatim:“By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Metal Roofing of America about your quote, appointment, and roofing project. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
What we send & how often
Messages are limited to your own request: quote-ready alerts, appointment and on-site assessment confirmations and reminders, and related follow-ups from your local Metal Roof Expert. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out & help
Reply STOPat any time to unsubscribe (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) — you’ll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or reach us at sales@metalroofingofamerica.com / (888) 256-4770. Reply START to resubscribe.
